How to Use
- Current Role Inventory: List all current roles in your organization, especially project managers, program managers, coordinators, and related positions.
- Role Mapping: For each current role, identify which OrbaOS role(s) it could transition to. Some roles may map to multiple OrbaOS roles.
- Skills Gap Analysis: For each transition, identify required skills that need development and existing skills that transfer.
- Transition Planning: Create 18-36 month development pathways for each individual, including training, certifications, and hands-on experience.
